This Week at Busia can authoritatively reveal that while the former Prime Minister & CORD leader Hon.Raila was in Busia yesterday to officiate over the opening of the Busia International Investment Conference (BIICO) , he also had a second agenda.
Our mole in the CORD circles leaks that Hon.Raila was concerned that while Busia is an ODM stronghold, the party only managed 3 seats in the 2013 election, with Jubilee scooping 3 seats (2 URP and 1 UDF).
Hon.Raila went on to set up a strong strategy team to ensure that come 2017 ODM scoops ALL the 7 parliamentary seats in the county as well as the 35 County Assembly seats - to head this strategy group is one Mr.Titus Isogol who shall work closely with CORD coalition bigwigs (Mbadi, Namwamba, Wetangula & Joseph Muthama) to ensure Jubilee is effectively locked out of the County.
