Henry Okemo Omtata has finally declared his intention to serve the people of Amukura East Ward as their MCA come 2017.
Henry, an international community health and development worker will no doubt change the way politics is done in the ward and beyond
The future is indeed bright for Busia as such brains make their way to the County Assembly
