Shujaa, the true son of Busia - incoming Governor, Hon. Lucas Meso, MBS. Has over the past three days put a smile on the faces of numerous Busia County children, parents, teachers plus other education stakeholders.
The incoming governor over the weekend donated uniforms to ALL the 458 pupils at Koruruma Primary School in Teso North Constituency, where he also donated books plus facilitated the taking of lunch in the school by the pupils now onwards. Meso was then crowned as the school patron amid cheers and ululations from happy parents & PTA members.
The vibrant MD then proceeded to Bukhayo Central where he donated iron sheets for the roofing of classrooms .
The people's Governor then dashed to Matili Primary School where he officially opened a classroom that he has constructed to further enhance education in the school. The class was officially opened and handed over to the school's management, which thanked Hon. Meso for his support that will go a long way in promoting education in Matili area.
