Week in Busia can now authoritatively
reveal that the idea to forge a partnership between Busia County and the London
City Council that may well see the introduction of Double Deck buses on Busia
County roads is on course, our mole in the County Govt tells us that the this idea actually
came from one Mwalimu Titus Isogol, who having connections with some foreigners
was able to secure development aid and support for Busia from London !
Senior County officials remain
tight lipped on this deal, fearing that its too early to break the good news !
Once this materializes OJ will
surely go down the books of history as a politician who indeed served his
people whole heartedly and a consequently aided his County in realizing some
aspects of Vision 2030
